What is 'Fully-Managed' IT?
Fully Managed IT is as simple as it sounds. It’s the process whereby we manage all of your IT – including your infrastructure maintenance, alerts, software updates and hardware sales. This often includes a regular site visit to keep on top of any in-house maintenance tasks, but also so that we can continue our friendly relationships with our clients.
Fully-Managed can be as little or as involved as you wish. We can take care of your domains, servers, websites, phone systems, user accounts, firewalls, broadband – we can even take care of your marketing if required.
The biggest seller for Fully Managed IT is the Technical Support – a massive part of what we do is the customer-facing element of a Fully Managed contract. That’s why all of our engineers are Customer Service trained, and are experienced/qualified in the support sector where they reside.
We are incredibly dedicated to our customers, and we believe that our Fully-Managed contracts are the best value on the market. But – we don’t want you to take our word for it – why don’t you subscribe to our service today? Our contracts are 30-day rolling contracts, with fixed prices for 12 months – so you can be sure that if you’re unhappy (which we’re sure won’t be the case), you can terminate your contract at any time.
Our SLAs state that we will make initial response within 8 hours of receipt of your contact with us. Most of the time we will respond within 30 minutes – 2 hours.
