All Remote Assistance tasks are a minimum of 1 hour. Our standard rate is £85/hour.
You may be offered a discount code for your transaction. Please speak with your technical agent to see if you can get a discount on your support session.
If you are paying for more than one hour, then please set the quantity to the number of hours.
You must pay the agreed amount for the invoice to clear. If you pay less than agreed, then your invoice will remain outstanding. You can view our Terms & Conditions here.
If you pay via BACS/Bank Transfer, you will receive a £5 discount per hour. This does not apply to discounted purchases. To pay via Bank Transfer, please speak to your technical agent who will provide the relevant details. If you are paying from an international country, please ensure that you make our staff aware of this when paying.
