You or your users have just noticed an issue with the operating system running on yours/their computer. You don’t know what to do – all you know is that it needs to get fixed… That’s where we come in. Imagine having the ability to be able to call a support company and have a dedicated engineer help you with your issue. That’s what we do, and according to our clients, we do it well!
The process is pretty simple, and is as follows:
1) You discover a fault (which is rare if you have a Fully Managed contract, because we prevent issues before you notice them!)
2) You report a fault – either by our portal, by email, or by telephone.
3) An engineer reviews the ticket, and responds to you within the agreed timescale stated in your contract (SLA).
4) An engineer remotely connects to your machine, or advises on the phone.
By this stage, we fix 95% of all issues – first time, every time. However, there’s some times when we have to escalate issues – sometimes internally, sometimes to third-parties or our partners. Either way, our wealth of expertise and knowledge is sure to leave you impressed, and we have dedicated support channels for those irritable issues that we can’t fix in-house.
If we ever need to escalate an issue, or we can’t fix it first time, we’ll let you know – because communication is key to our business.
